The pleasure-seeking nature of consumerism confronts people’s loyalty to brands. The anticipation of buying something new and the joy we will receive from it drives our decisions to continue to buy.
Women are an economic forces today and create their identity and style through fashion.
“You Are What You Wear” addresses the branding of women through fashion. These brands in particular are ones I personally have found myself going through the pleasure-seeking cycle of buying.
